Just Waiting

Waiting and dreaming. What will it be like to have three children? What changes are going to take place? Can we find a carseat so that we can fit three in a row in our car? Or will we have to get a new vehicle? Will Aunt C. want our car if we have to get a new one as her's was sold before she left for her current job? Should should Kj, L and M share the same room? If not, who will be the one to move to another? When will they call to tell us what to do next?

I imagine him as my own. I was looking for different grants and ways to raise money for adoptions. I feel like we will be alright, but maybe that is at the end but we might need some money until any refunds come in. I'm not sure, so I guess we should look into funding. So, here are some things that I found:
There were other sites as well, but it seemed like these were very inclusive. Especially the middle link. I am also finding out about the culture of Sierra Leone.
I also found out where my HS mathematics teacher taught. He would daily get off topic and talk about his time in Sierra Leone. Only 189 km from where M is right now...Google maps decided that that meant it took only 2.5 hours to get there...but from what Aunt C says, I think it would be much, much longer. No day trips there when we go to pick him up!

I will leave you with this:

Isaiah 58:6-11

New International Version (NIV)

6 “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen:
to loose the chains of injustice
and untie the cords of the yoke,
to set the oppressed free
and break every yoke?
7 Is it not to share your food with the hungry
and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—
when you see the naked, to clothe them,
and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
8 Then your light will break forth like the dawn,
and your healing will quickly appear;
then your righteousness will go before you,
and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard.
9 Then you will call, and the LORD will answer;
you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.

“If you do away with the yoke of oppression,
with the pointing finger and malicious talk,
10 and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry
and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday.
11 The LORD will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
