I have been a quesadilla fan ever since I learned how to make them...shortly after going gluten-free. I sometimes miss peanut butter sandwiches though. Also, I saw a recipe for chocolate quesadillas. It had chocolate chips, honey and cinnamon in it. Well, being as it was lunch time, not dessert time, I thought I would compromise using: peanut butter, agave nectar, and chocolate chips. It was good, but didn't stick together very well... I'm not sure how to remedy that, so if anyone has any suggestions, please comment!
